**Role responsibilities**

Our Team is now on the hunt for a sociable **Talent & Partnerships Advisor **to join our team.

You will play a key **operational** role in preparing our newly graduated students in their new career path. Your perimeter will be the region APAC with Shanghai, Bali, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne campus.

**Your **Responsibilities**

Source and engage partners to generate opportunities for our students:

- **Sourcing & Qualifying** inbounds and outbounds leads
- Setting up **marketing strategies** to generate more leads
- Deliver events such as job fairs, get me hiring event, lunch&learns to **bring closer partners and students.**:

- Ensure that the **career services offered to partner companies** run smoothly: Hiring Newsletter, Talent Pool, Job Fair, etc.
- Keep up-to-date the **Talent Pool on a regional level** to showcase our graduates
- Guarantee **a job placement rate** for our students and **job reports **to showcase your results



Prepare our newly graduated students in their new career path:

- Plan, organise and deliver **Career Week**, namely by:

- Onboarding and training Career TAs and other relevant team members;
- Sourcing, organising and following-up with speakers and workshop facilitators;
- Presenting the Career Week workshops in a (good) hybrid setting;
- Leading communication during the week and collecting feedback after;
- Run/Coordinate **1:1 career coaching sessions** with the alumni from the region;
- Implement **1-month and 3-month check-ins** with recent graduates;
- Collect quarterly outcomes data from all students to **track students’ success and hiring rates** across our Bootcamps.
- Engage of our Alumni Community post-bootcamp by working closely with Marketing Team to strengthen our network

- You have 1 to 4 years in **sales or recruitment** operations.

- You are a **customer-oriented** person, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders
- You are confident **leading workshops**, are a good public speaker and enjoy being in front of an audience.
- You are **organised, rigorous and reliable and have** a real attention to details.
- You have an interest in **technology**, startups (specifically Edtech).
- You are a **team player**, cooperative and enjoy helping people achieve their goals.
