{"The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Specialist to join our team at KBR.

As a member of our GS APAC MSP (Aero) Line of Business, you will work closely with the Commonwealth of Australia to support contract management and supplier performance activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Undertaking procurement planning, tendering and contract management activities while ensuring compliance to legislation and procurement policies.

* Providing clear direction, assistance and services relating to procurement policy issues and commercial, financial investigation and technical aspects in support of contract management outcomes.

* Translating and applying legal principles, legislative and policy compliance obligations and critical commercial risk and performance requirements related to procurement and contract management.

* Administration and process invoices for CoA approval to meet payment terms as per contract requirements.

* Coordinating quotes and proposals through receipt and procurement for CoA approval.

* Supporting the development of contract documents and tools, including gap analysis of contract changes and issues as they arise.

* Supporting the management of contract deliverables and updates.

* Supporting product financial management and associated activities for CoA approval.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Commercial Specialist role within a Defence environment

* Well-developed communication skills – both written and verbal

* Previous experience as a functional lead

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills

* Ability to analyse and initiate priorities to drive successful outcomes

* Willingness to share knowledge to the broader team members

* AGSVA NV1 security clearance
