As the Assistant Clinical Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day administrative support operations and requirements of the region. Your main responsibility will be to support the Regional Clinical Practice Manager (RCPM) in effectively managing and supervising the support team members across multiple centres in the region.

**About the Role**:
Pay Rate: APS5 equivalent $50 p/h + Super.

Contract: This is a long-term labour hire contract until June 2024, and it is highly likely to be extended.

Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Location: Mt Gravatt Queensland.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In accordance with the principles of workplace diversity, Work Health and Safety, participative work practices, APS values and APS Employment Principles:_
- Line managing the administration support team members, providing performance management feedback, and identifying training needs.
- Coordinating the region's support team to deliver a professional, efficient, and welcoming reception service. Ensuring that client customer service standards are met.
- Managing complex client and operational issues escalated from regional staff.
- Assisting the Practice Manager in handling human resource requirements across the region, including recruitment, on-boarding, induction, and off-boarding activities.
- Supporting the Practice Manager in managing corporate functions such as property, security, operational resource requirements, travel, and finance in the region.
- Monitoring the quality of work, conducting quality assurance activities for the support team, and managing operational compliance and audit framework. Conducting quality audits in the client management system. Coordinating the region's reporting requirements, including data analysis.

**Desirable skills and attributes for the role**:

- The ability to demonstrate empathy and patience for individual's circumstances is essential
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience working within the healthcare sector desirable
- Proven experience picking up internal software's and sounds knowledge of MS Suite
- Certificate IV equivalent qualification in office, practice and/or business management or similar field desirable
