I am on the lookout for a seasoned Practice Manager with a robust background in healthcare to join my clients flagship clinic situated in the heart of Brisbane CBD, QLD.
As a key player in this practice, you will not only contribute to the clinic's growth but also spearhead its day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities
Reporting directly to the State Manager, you primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless daily operations of this large and diverse practice.
Some of your key tasks are:
- Coordinating and liaising with the team of clinicians
- Managing and providing support to administration and clinic team
- Overseeing accounts, budgets, finance management, and information technology
- Handling human resources responsibilities, including training, mentoring, rostering, and managing administration and nursing staff
- Delivering exceptional levels of assistance and communication to valued patients
- Driving business development and promoting the clinic, with a specific focus on Occupational Health services
