ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to work across ServiceNow, sitting within our Professional Services Division, you will be working in a broad and interconnected team across Australia.

Spanning across projects and operations, with an opportunity to work on multiple projects with different customers. The ideal candidate will excel in risk management, project governance, and stakeholder engagement. This role will involve overseeing projects spanning ServiceNow, Service Integration and Cloud technologies.

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU’LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:

Experience in delivering complex application projects including ServiceNow. Ability to manage project execution to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, budget, schedule, and scope. Demonstrated ability to delivery ICT projects of a diverse and complex nature within ICT application environments. Strong stakeholder management skills, building reputable customer partnerships. Industry recognised project management certification/s, such as PRINCE2 and / or PMI Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practice in service management, ServiceNow and Cloud, incorporating relevant insights into project delivery. Experience in an ITIL environment with ITIL Certification highly regarded.
