**The Role**:
We are looking for a
**Marketing Manager **to join Brennan IT on a permanent basis based in Sydney. The focus of the role is to ensure Brennan has a clearly defined and executed content strategy that supports its Brennan Digital growth plans.

Taking direction from the Head of Marketing to understand Brennan’s strategic goals, you will determine the best channels to engage with our target audiences, crafting messaging that will position our brand, experience, capabilities, and innovative approach to business transformation. You will help to enable the Customer Team (AM, BDM, CER) by providing them with relevant assets that help them be more successful in their customer and prospect engagements.

You will be a Brennan brand ambassador, ultimately ensuring that the content you produce positively positions our brand, people, and capabilities in the market, adds value to our target audiences, and drives inbound leads through strong evidence-based proof points that further bolster Brennan’s credibility in the ‘Digital’ services segment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- GTM planning and execution, ensuring items are delivered on time and on budget.
- Research target buyer personas to learn their priorities, challenges and what will resonate with them.
- Understand SEO in relation to your target audience and industry segments to ensure effective campaign implementation.
- Creating ‘industry specific’ content to drive better engagement within target industry segments
- Creating content that supports the sales teams as they hunt for new business and help existing customers deliver on their strategic IT initiatives.
- Overseeing writing style and tone for all content
- Conducting periodic content audits - Tracking and calculating content engagement ROI
- Ensuring your GTM activities support Brennan’s business objectives/goals.
- Regular analysis of your GTM initiatives to evaluate whether they are driving the right outcomes.

**What skills and experience you bring**:

- 6+ years’ experience in a similar role within the Australian ICT sector
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications is preferred
- Industry vertical marketing experience is preferred
- You have run paid social and digital advertising campaigns
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, HubSpot or similar marketing platforms
- Excellent copywriting skills - You have shown that you can adapt messaging based on industry and target audience.
- Content presentation skills - you should be able to determine how content should be packaged for new and existing consumers to induce them to take business actions.
- Research capabilities - you love to research to ensure you know what makes your audience 'tick' to ensure the content and messaging you create will resonate.
- Content delivery skills - you determine the best distribution channel to deliver content to reach your audience.
- Multitasking and organisational skills - you will have to handle several types of projects and people regularly and can adjust priorities as needed.
- Editorial competency - you will conduct thorough audits to determine what content should be kept, edited, rewritten, and more
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and can thrive under pressure.
