**The Opportunity**:
Veolia ANZ is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Healthcare team. Reporting to the National Sales & Business Development Manager - Health, you will be accountable for managing and maintaining the Healthshare New South Wales portfolio, identifying additional growth opportunities, developing and driving continuous innovation, and contract management adherence to KPI’s.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience in account management, is familiar with the healthcare sector, managing internal and external stakeholder requirements, has a good attention to detail, and has the ability to create trusted, long standing relationships with key stakeholders in the Healthcare industry.

This role would suit a motivated, customer and solution focused individual looking to take the next step in their career with a global organisation.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts within the Healthcare portfolio, specifically under the NSW government contract.
- Identify and understand customer needs, challenges, and opportunities within the healthcare industry, and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations.
- Drive business growth by proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding the portfolio through effective account management and upselling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and developments related to waste management in the healthcare sector.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales professional, preferably within the waste industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying and delivering innovative solutions to customers.
- Self-motivated, hungry for results, and eager to exceed targets and expectations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
