**The Role**:
Reporting to the Ecommerce Channel Lead, the Ecommerce Key account manager is a business critical role that is responsible for delivering commercial objectives through effective business plan negotiation and ongoing management of key online and omnichannel customers. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction whilst striving towards mutually beneficial results. This will involve a high level of collaboration, through a strong multifunctional internal & external networks. This will shape the long-term customer relationship with comprehensive vertical business management approach owning the process from top to bottom and bringing your knowledge and innovation into the online space to serve end consumers even better.

**Role **Responsibilities**:

- Develop annual account plans/JBP for all customers in line with Sanofi channel and brand objectives, in conjunction with the Digital Marketing/Brand teams
- Tactically implement account plans, delivery and monitoring targets
- Ensure our online product presence is maintained and updated so as to maximize consumer engagement on key retailer websites.
- Partner with internal teams (Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Brands) and agencies to develop rich product content.
- Responsible for planning, execution and reporting of sponsored search campaigns to maximise visibility and search position for priority search terms.
- Collaborate with brand and customer teams to plan and execute best in class retailer media activations (on-site and off-site), aligned with our commercial calendar and key ATL activations.
- Prepare dashboards and analyze KPIs. Provide and implement solutions to improve performance.
- Manage forecasting and reporting for eCommerce channel
- Deliver valuable category and market insights to strengthen our online presence.

**About You & Key Criteria for the role**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar related field.
- Experience managing eCommerce customers (Omnichannel or Pureplay)
- At least 3 years of customer facing experience (as a rep, category management, retail buying, etc.), preferably within FMCG
- Quick learner, flexible and able to adapt to an ever-evolving working environment and competitive market dynamics
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands on, with a bias to action
- Ability to use market and shopper data sets to build commercial arguments/propositions
- Business related financial knowledge, understands how to optimize P&L, and can produce business plans
- Project management skills
