Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service. Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor team members. Promote a positive work culture that encourages collaboration and excellence.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the guest experience by ensuring excellent service, addressing customer feedback, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Event Planning: Organize and manage special events, tastings, and wine-pairing dinners to promote engagement and increase revenue.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Wine Knowledge: Curate and update the wine list, providing staff training on wine offerings and food pairings to enhance guest experience.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in venue management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of wines and food pairing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
