Campus Life is seeking a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Lead to join our dynamic and committed team.

You will be responsible for supporting the Campus Life team to embed diversity and inclusion principles into all aspects of our business. In the process, you will positively impact the lives of students, staff and the wider community and effect change across a broad range of programs, initiatives, and ways of working.

ABOUT YOU

You are committed to diversity and inclusion, and value environments that create a sense of belonging. You know how to work effectively with stakeholders, including those with differing levels of awareness and beliefs, and like to make connections and build relationships. You are a critical thinker and creative problem solver who knows how to leverage opportunities and influence change. You demonstrate initiative, have the ability to work independently, and are driven to achieve excellence in the workplace. You also share our organisational values of Courage, Agility, Rigour, Empowerment and Support (CARES) and commit to these being visible in your actions and words.

In addition, you will meet the following selection criteria:
- Relevant qualification and/or extensive experience in relevant field- Demonstrated experience in the design, development and implementation of equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, including those that drive customer participation, especially for underrepresented groups, in a diverse and complex environment- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with Senior Leaders, Managers, and diverse stakeholder groups, including diversity partners, to enhance the customer experience and engagement levels- Understanding of best practice in supporting Senior Leaders, Managers, and staff in the integration of the DEIB Plan and the potential impact that may have on other business areas-
