Our Valued client is a commercial, industrial air conditioning and refrigeration business who are SA owned and operated and well known by name and reputation. They are currently seeking a casual XERO admin & Accounts Temp to join their team for s short-term temp assignment with an immediate start.
**What the role entails**:
- Providing administrative support for the accounts receivable & Payable team.
- Raising purchase orders and creating invoices.
- Entering data into accounts systems.
- Processing Payroll and daily reports
- Maintaining and administering databases, documents and records.
- Managing the administrative duties in support of all work.
**What you can bring to the role**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivation, organisational skills and high-level Excel skills.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage tasks within given timeframes.
- The ability to work within a team and also autonomously.
- A positive nature and keen desire to excel in all aspects of the role.
This is a short -term temping position for a 1-2 month time period.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Adelaide CBD, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
