Our Valued client is a commercial, industrial air conditioning and refrigeration business who are SA owned and operated and well known by name and reputation.

They are currently seeking a casual XERO admin & Accounts Temp to join their team for s short-term temp assignment with an immediate start.


What the role entails:

  • Providing administrative support for the accounts receivable & Payable team.
  • Raising purchase orders and creating invoices.
  • Entering data into accounts systems.
  • Processing Payroll and daily reports
  • Maintaining and administering databases, documents and records.
  • Managing the administrative duties in support of all work.

  • Highlevel attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to manage tasks within given timeframes.

This is a short -term temping position for a 1-2 month time period.
