**About the role**
**Duties**
- Project and Program Management - including managing and leading specific client projects, coordinating delivery
dates, reviewing formalised project evaluations, managing costs, liaising with delivery consultants on objectives
and outcomes, acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, and escalating issues to the DP
Director when required.
- Events Management - including managing external venue bookings, supporting quarterly client events and consultant
meetings.
- Operations Support - including supporting business operations, making suggestions for improvements,
undertaking business improvement research and managing the business systems as appropriate.
- Office Management
- including managing the office, stationery requirements, IT systems, management of third party
providers such as diagnostic providers and agreements.
**Skills & Experience**
- Strong researching, networking and planning skills
- Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Clear and strong communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience delivering results and meeting customer expectations
