This role will help the business to lead new CRM Projects across the company in the APAC region, looking at new ways of connecting with clients both old and new and being a leader in the automation and lifecycle space within the online trading space.

This opportunity will enable you to shape our customer strategy across the Asia Pacific & Canadian markets.

Role and responsibilites:

- Work closely with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to assist in the delivery of the lifecycle strategy for clients.
- Mentor 3 Customer Lifecycle Marketing Coordinators/Specialist
- Develop advanced client journeys within the Braze marketing system using sophisticated segmentation, multiple communications, event triggers and reporting.
- Lead multiple projects to help engage new and existing clients
- Be the techincal CRM person in the business, working closely with the other Lifecycle Managers
- Support the broader Marketing team, as well as other key business units such as Business Operations, Compliance & Legal teams, in executing streamlined customer-centric product, operational and legal communications.
- Identify opportunities to segment clients and deliver highly-personalised communications to the right person, at the right time with customer-centric best practices and data-driven insights.
- Conduct regular campaign A/B and control group testing to optimise campaign performance.
- Report on the performance of campaigns to key internal stakeholders and suggest improvements.
- Provide insights-led reporting and recommendations to optimise lifecycle/CRM campaigns.
- Educate the wider marketing team and organisation on best practices and the benefits of lifecycle-led strategies.
- Support the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager with planning and relevant budget management.
- Provide ad hoc digital support, back up and assistance to other team members within the marketing division as necessary.

Key skills and experience:

- 4+ years in a similar CRM/Lifecycle/Direct marketing role.
- Managed and lead an effective CRM/Lifecycle marketing team
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business IT or a related field of study.
- Previous experience using marketing systems e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo as an advanced techincal user.
- Some experiencing implementing dynamic content scripting e.g. AMPscript, Liquid.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organisation both technical and non-technical
