**Data & Insights Analyst** to improve data quality and governance, and derive insights to guide strategic decision-making.

This is a
**Permanent, Full-Time** opportunity with hybrid working arrangements to give you the flexibility to work from home and the Sydney CBD office.

**As a Data & Insights Analyst, you will**:

- Have knowledge and experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Support the development of data quality standards and find opportunities to ensure data meets the following characteristics, including but not limited to accuracy, validity, reliability, timeliness, relevance, and completeness.
- Support the Data Stewardship Council and Group Data Council in tracking and resolving the effectiveness of data governance.
- Report on data governance and data quality metrics as specified by the Data Governance and Data Quality Standards.
- Assist and support with required investigation and advice around data governance related initiatives.

**We’d love to hear about your previous experience in**:

- Using Salesforce CRM and in-depth knowledge of the reports and dashboard functionalities (must have).
- Drawing meaning from data and delivering insights to stakeholders.
- Analysing, investigating, discussing and problem-solving complex business concepts.
- Utilising MS Excel to perform analysis and automation.
- Managing and influencing multiple stakeholders with conflicting objectives.
- Exceeding team and personal KPIs
- Challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement for better outcomes

**You will definitely stand out if you have**:

- Financial Services industry experience
- Experience with analytical tools such as Spotfire and Tableau
- Previously worked with CRM systems integrations with customer digital platforms
