A bit about your role

Reporting to the Executive General Manager Sales, the General Manager Sales Operation and RSP (Retail Service Provider) Enablement’s purpose is to set up and drive a best-in-class quarterly sales planning cycle and execution cadence. This will include an integrated view across all Sales program and initiatives and will be responsible for driving clarity and accountability across each of the sales teams and providing clarity and transparency for RSPs in order to help RSP success and execution. The General Manager Sales Operation’s also oversees RSP Enablement through RSP delivery and Technical Sales and product consultation support in order to assist in the success of our RSPs selling nbn solutions in market and drive cross nbn programs to ensure nbn is easy to do business with for our RSPs.

In this role, you will be accountable to set up and drive the quarterly integrated prioritisation, planning and resource cycle across Sales. Ensure that there is an annual nbn Sales plan and sales growth framework and engage with the GM Sales for each RSP to ensure RSP Sales plans are rolled into the quarterly planning cycle. Drive awareness of the nbn Sales Plan and quarterly planning cycle to ensure that nbn is aligned behind the plan. You will also work collaboratively with the broader team to drive awareness, discipline and upskill nbn Sales GMs on appropriate methods, tools and frameworks to consistently perform the sales quarterly planning cycle, driving accountability for sales performance.

In addition, you will own the success of nbn’s GTM (Go To Market) plans and ensure RSPs are in market and able to offer nbn solutions immediately after release. In this role you will also be accountable for working with RSPs to ensure nbn is easy to do business with and that we help RSP success with a constant improvement program driving the necessary change across nbn enabling us to be easier to do business with.

You will have exceptional commercial acumen, proven track record of tracking performance and delivering outcomes, a relentless drive for results and demonstrated ability to set and track program metrics and develop strategies to optimise return on investment. The ability to influence and engage to get buy in for and deliver large scale change initiatives, coupled with outstanding communications skills is essential.
