We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Project Finance Officer within our Aerospace Business Unit based in Williamstown, New South Wales.

**Your new role**:
As the Project Finance Officer, you will provide assistance in maintaining the integrity of financial and project data, the monitoring of contractual and internal compliance performance and day-to-day financial administration of the project to ensure financial requirements are efficiently achieved.

**In more specific terms you will**:

- Co-ordinate and prepare financial substantiation required for audits, reconciliations and any compliance obligations.
- Maintain and monitor records to ensure compliance with contractual and internal requirements
- Prepare supporting data for project journals including accruals and adjustments
- Assist with ad hoc projects and queries

**About you**:
**As an applicant for this opportunity, you'll have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Business
- Demonstrated experience in relevant finance based role/s
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
