We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Project Administrator within our Aircraft, Training and Sustainment line of business with our team based at Williamtown NSW

**Your new role**:
As an F-35 Air Vehicle Support Services (AVSS) Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the F-35 AVSS team in day to day administration tasks. You will report into the F-35 AVSS Site Lead who is responsible for ensuring our AVSS workforce can support the Royal Australian Air Force with aircraft maintenance and operations. In more specific terms you will:

- Support AVSS staff with administrative queries
- Process allowances and overtime and assist Finance with month end
- Monitor rostering and log any upcoming changes
- Schedule and book any travel/deployments
- Utilise Outlook Calendar to organise and manage regular meetings
- Provide assistance with the co-ordination of VIP and general visits for the Program including logistics of meeting rooms, presentations, listening forums, site access and catering as required
- Organisation of domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, transfers, per-diem and visit requirements for the Program (excluding Chief/ Director's/ Lead Team), ensuring it is booked in line with Company policy
- Purchasing of stationary/ office supplies as required
- Filing, preparation, collation and distribution of documents/ correspondence for the Program as required
- Assist in the collation of reports
- Project Administrators to cover sick leave and annual leave when required to the Executive Assistant's within the Function/ Program
- Raising purchasing orders, payment of invoices, reconciling credit cards
- Supporting document management including team site administration
- Escorting and supervising visitors within secured areas
- Contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely support to members of the Program
- Ad hoc tasks as required

About you

**As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll have**:

- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
- Team orientated with the ability to work with a variety of people
- Motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- An ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in Defence industry (desirable)
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Suite along with SharePoint & Oracle (desirable)
- Certificate in Administration desirable but not essential
