**About the role**

The role provides leadership, coordination and change management for the delivery of Customer Service reforms across Training Services NSW.
The manager works with a dynamic program support team responsible for delivering strategic governance, support, engagement and communications within the Office of the Executive Director. The role reports directly to the Executive Director on this transformational strategy to develop improved ways of working across Training Services NSW that enhance our customer service.

The role will work closely with customer service managers and project managers leading individual strategy initiatives to ensure alignment and coordination across the program of work.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications in project management or related fields or relevant experience.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Strong verbal & written communication skills

The ability to lead and motivate a team

Experience managing projects end to end
