We are looking for an organised** Client Services Coordinator** who is a natural administrative professional and passionate about people and communication.

In this **exciting & unique**, fast paced role, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Setting up and arranging meeting rooms
- Ensuring the reception and lobby is presentable & tidy
- Preparing and serving tea & coffee (full training provided)
- Coordinating & attending monthly events
- Assisting with video call and conference call set up
- Assisting in any adhoc duties & projects as required
- General administrative duties
This is an incredible dual role that will provide you with a chance to work closely with the National support team, as well as possessing a hospitality element
You will have the opportunity to be a part of a highly recognised and respected Law firm who promote a positive, inclusive and diverse work environment.
Ideally, you will have 2 years’ experience in a front of house / professional services environment, will be a natural born communicator and possess a passion for all things admin and support.
