**_About the Role_**

The Events Planning Manager reports to our Director of Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities include overseeing a small team, ensuring details of client events are communicated effectively to the operations team, in order to deliver exceptional service and positively memorable experiences.

The Events Planning Manager must have demonstrated strong communication, organisational and analytical skills

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Building and nurturing positive, professional relationships with both guests and colleagues alike.
- Effective management of administrative tasks, Envision experience advantageous
- Conducting pre-conference meetings with the operational team on a regular basis
- Ensure all relevant client information is being communicated to team members and kitchen, as required.
- Collaborating closely with the Food and Beverage management.
- Competently completing daily administration and reporting

- Recent Event Planning Management experience in an upscale/hotel environment highly regarded
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strong organizational and administrative abilities, with exceptional eye for detail
