**About the Role**
Rippling is currently seeking a motivated and strategic Manager for our Solutions Consulting team. This role will be the first SC leadership role in our region, and is open due to the growth of our Australian team
In the role, you will guide and shape the growth and direction of solutions consultants and support the broader sales organisation. Working alongside our sales and solutions consulting leadership and directly participating in top deals, your insights and expertise will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth and success.
**What You Will Do**
- Lead the APAC Solutions Consulting (SC) team and drive our sales process, shaping strategies that align with our clients' and business needs.
- Foster strong relationships with our prospects and customers, understanding their unique challenges and providing appropriate solutions.
- Partner closely with sales leadership, providing hands-on support for key deals and acting as a strategic advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Capture and analyse product feedback from customers and provide comprehensive reports to our product team, influencing the direction and prioritisation of our roadmap.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimising SC capacity and operational efficiency, ensuring that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Create a culture of engagement, performance, and inclusiveness within the SC team, inspiring team members to innovate and improve continually.
- Work closely with our Recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent, shaping a team that is versatile, dynamic, and committed to our company's vision and values.
**What You Will Need**
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a team of Solutions Consultants
- Excellent understanding of SaaS sales process and dynamics
- Strong track record of leading and executing cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences in Slack and in-person
- Strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
**Additional Information**
Rippling employees work on a Hybrid Office Model - 3 days per week in our Sydney office.
