**The Opportunity**

As our Solutions Consultant, ANZ, you'll collaborate with enterprise sellers (Regional Sales Directors) and Customer Success Managers in the region to identify customer's business goals and initiatives, and uncover unmet needs and challenges. This is a pre-sales focused role in which you'll consult and partner with various stakeholders, from C-Suite Executives to Researchers, to maximize the quality and value of the insights they will gather from UserTesting's solution. You'll develop strategic solutions that map to customer's business goals and initiatives and provide recommendations and best practices on how UserTesting can address business goals and initiatives, unmet needs, and challenges.

You're consultation with customers will deliver relevant and impactful product demonstrations that impress the value of UserTesting's solution in relation to customer's goals & initiatives and enables them to develop a deep familiarity of the UserTesting platform via hands-on training leveraging relevant use cases.

Other responsibilities include:

- Demonstrate understanding and value of customer experience research methodologies conducted via the UserTesting platform
- Lead and/or consult on Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to ensure results address and impact a strategic business goal or initiative
- Partner with the Research and Marketing teams to develop collateral, content and training to enable the Sales team
- Communicate effectively with Sales team regarding sales activities and strategies
- Inform the Product teams of trends, use cases, and business impact of how specific capabilities are delivering / undelivering against customers' business goals & objectives
- Engage in thought leadership and marketing related efforts, such as blogs, webinars, and public speaking

**About the team**

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our sales organization, being a thought-leader throughout the sales process by articulating and demonstrating how UserTesting's solution solves business challenges and delivers positive business outcomes. You'll be part of both a global Solutions Consulting team as well as a local, commercial sales organisation which includes Account Executives, BDRs, Marketers and more

**What We're Looking For**:

- You'll need experience within a customer-facing or consultative capacity; preferably as a Solutions Consultant or Solutions Engineer in the UX/CX space
- You'll have experience of a client-side environment leading research initiatives
- You'll have a deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- You'll have first-class analytical, problem solving skills
- You'll have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast moving and agile environment
- Strong passion for CX practices, research, and technology
- Experience with our product a plus
