**About the job**
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant on behalf of one of our SaaS partners to join our team in Sydney**What you will do**
As a Solutions Consultant you will be proving value to prospects and customers by supporting the sales team during the assessment period from a technical standpoint, sharing customer best practices, and solving complex data use cases. Your “Success” is the customer's understanding of how the product will help them achieve their business goals. In this role, you will lead technical conversations around the different value propositions of the product and help close deals as a team whilst collaborating with others internal stakeholders e.g. Product on any product improvements.**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and drive technical pre-sales conversations with prospects
- Project lead on solving complex use cases for customers
- Become an expert in using the product
- Advocate for your customers and provide feedback to the product team to make the product even better
- Lead and collaborate with other members of the Presales team on global initiatives, such as best practice material
- Manage product training for Success, Sales and Support teams
**Who you are**
You are a tech-minded team player with outstanding commercial and communication skills. You are curious, eager to learn and seek out opportunities to help you thrive in a consultative environment where you feel comfortable being a champion of the product. You have the business acumen and inter-personal skills to guide, educate and support your customers through the life cycle of the deal. You have an analytical mindset and are interested in how things work and how things can be improved.
- Min Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years working in a SaaS Presales role and managing complex client cases.
- Experience leading technical pre-sales conversations with C-level executives in an Enterprise company.
- Successful track record influencing and helping close deals valued above $500k AUD ARR and cycles of 6+ months long.
- Consulting / Process change experience focused on using new technology to bring improvements to businesses.
- You have worked with Microsoft Excel, Google sheets and similar tools
