We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Finance Administrator to join our Sydney Airport SESAD project team. Working closely with Sydney Airport this project comprises development of six aircraft parking bays. Scope of works will also include the extension and widening of existing taxiways to make it easier to access the new parking aprons. This multi-million project is set to commence March 2023 and will provide essential infrastructure to Sydney Airport with expected growth in passengers.

What’s on offer:
As a Finance Administrator, you will assist with project financial administration duties including processing site and delivery dockets, purchase orders and supplier invoices while ensuring financial records are maintained to meet requirements. This role is vital for our business where you will also be responsible for:

- Preparing weekly payment run batches;
- Assisting in the allocation of budget and review against procurement strategy;
- Assisting in ensuring all actuals are correctly recorded in the monthly ledgers;
- Completing relevant financial reporting;
- Managing subcontractor insurances & renewal process;
- Maintaining office & equipment registers.

- Bachelor in Business / Finance with previous experience in a similar role in a construction environment with data entry in online systems (preferably in JD Edwards);
- Ability to prioritise, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines;
- High attention to detail with an ability to pick out inconsistencies;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
