This would be a great opportunity for a project coordinator or administrator with great data analysis skills and looking to work for a multinational.

**Key Duties**:

- Provide high quality and efficient support in project system transactions (invoice, revenue, purchase order, sales order, forecast on billing, revenue, inventory and margin)
- Liaise with project managers for project initiation, define milestone, finalise billing, revenue schedule based on contract and project structure
- Continuously monitor and analyse project financial (margin) and root cause and report any project(s) at risk
- Lead month end closing by working with project managers and coordinators to ensure revenue, billing and supporting documents are approved by finance each month
- Liaise with project managers to provide accurate weekly billing, revenue, margin forecast, project status update and variance analysis to business
- Liaise with project managers to provide report and analysis on projects booking status
- Liaise with project team for continuous PMO process improvement. standardize and document PMO process

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a project coordinator working on month end reporting and data analysis
- Intermediate to advanced Excel. Knowledge of macros great but not essential.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and deadline driven attitude.
- Excellent communication skills
