Casual Administration Officer

This casual opportunity with Insignia Financial will see you performing various administration tasks ranging from processing payments, opening new accounts, transferring money, insurance claims through to dealing with financial advisors. It’s a great role where you’ll be exposed to lots of different teams and processes, and we’ll provide you all the training you need to make sure we set you up for success.
While this is a casual role, we ask that you are clear your schedule for your first four weeks of training, so that you can immerse yourself and soak up the knowledge we’ll pass on to you. Post training you would need to be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week, between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
The main thing we are looking for in this role is strong customer service experience, you can’t teach that - and you’re the type of person who always puts the customer at the front of everything you do. You have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and always give 110% in your role. A quick learner, you are dedicated, resilient and interested in learning all about the Financial Services Industry.
