- **Pay rate: $43.75per hour + super**:

- **Assignment dates: ASAP for 9 months**:

- **Sydney CBD 1 day, WFH rest of the week**

**About the Company**
Our client, a large Government Agency is seeking an experienced administration support officer for a 9 month contract. Great company culture in a friendly and supportive team. Work from home flexibility offered with only 1 day required in the CBD office.

**Duties within the role will include but not limited to**:

- Administrative services to support the needs of the team
- Distributing mail
- Coordinating travel arrangements including accommodation bookings
- Calendar management
- Minute taking
- Coordinate meetings for directors
- Preparation of purchase orders in SAP
- Goods receipting invoices in SAP
- Provide secretariat support to committees including organising and scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
- Organise catering for meetings
- Assisting in logistics for events where you will be working closely with an events officer

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in administration
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Consultation Manager software
- Experience in FCM
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Personable, easily interacts with all types of personalities and at all levels with a high degree of professionalism
