- Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support in a health, hospital or medical environment
- Effective organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines with high level organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities, including high level oral and written communication skills with the ability to be compassionate and display a sensitive approach when dealing with challenging behaviors.
- Experience using computerised patient registration or clinical information systems
- Dictaphone experience and a good knowledge of medical terminology
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office computer programs, such as Word & Excel
- Demonstrates experience of working collaboratively within a team
