The Trainee Warehouse Supervisor will collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for enhancing warehouse efficiency and optimising our practices on a day-to-day basis.

Our leaders drive continuous improvement in the warehouse operation whilst adhering to WesTrac safety procedures and practices. This role presents an opportunity to provide guidance and motivate team members to achieve goals while growing a fun and inclusive workplace culture.

**Roster**:5/2 8.5hrs Monday to Friday (Permanent Full-Time)

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes is desirable, not essential.
- Ability to support and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Ability to organise tasks, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Capability to adapt to changing situations and take on new challenges.
- Ability to proactively address issues and implement solutions.
