This
Personal Assistant opportunity will be responsible to provide high-level executive support to the General Manager - Warehouse Logistics and Facilities and team of direct reports.

The role maintains the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion and independent judgment and confidentiality.


This successful individual will work with internal and external contacts, including board members and the Senior Executive Leadership team and will be involved with a wide range of highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines/pressures.


Location:
South Guildford, WA

Roster:
Monday - Friday, 8.5 hour days

To be successful the following is required:

  • Significant proven experience working in corporate or a business environment, along with executive administrative support at a senior level within a medium to large corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, sound judgement, high level of professionalism and confidentiality always.
  • Robust interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with expense management and approvals.
  • Ability to prioritise and forward plan, with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others and influence to reach optimal outcomes.
  • Have flexible availability with regards to hours of work, depending on daily business requirements
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities.
  • Resilient, cando attitude and works well in pressurised environments.
  • Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
