Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the
Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Parts Warehouse and ensuring ongoing performance against business objectives.


The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for leading several Team Leaders across various areas of the Parts Warehouse and undertaking the identification and implementation of strategic and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives within the Warehouse and drives the acceptance of change, whilst ensuring engagement of team members in regard to the change.

Roster: 5/2 Days 8.5hrs - Monday to Friday Permanent Full-Time

To be successful the following is required:

  • Strong year's experience with logistics and warehousing operations experience
  • Previous leadership & supervisory experience
  • Ability to engage, support & effectively manage a team of 30+ personnel
  • Demonstrated warehousing & logistics experience
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written & interpersonal)
  • Dedicated focus on providing good quality customer service
  • Excellent planning and organising skills
  • Ability to demonstrate the WesTrac SPARC Values everyday through actions, behaviours and decisions
