Parts Expeditor

Reporting to the Senior Parts Sales Supervisor, the **Parts Expeditor** is accountable for expediting parts from Caterpillar that are outside our standard stock orders, managing WesTrac parts orders, and addressing supply constraints.

Vital aspects of this role include end-to-end customer service provision, compliance with procedures, recording lost sales, and identifying areas for process improvement. This includes liaising with all key stakeholders both internally and externally utilising systems to deliver a great customer experience.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Working a monthly roster patter consisting of 3 weeks Monday-Friday 8.5-hour days, one week Monday-Thursday 10.5-hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Previous parts sales and customer/retail service experience
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated numerical aptitude
- Advanced computer literacy skills, including MS Office and basic Excel formulas
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team or autonomously
- Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of WesTrac DBSi and Caterpillar systems _(desirable)_
- Previous Heavy Equipment Industry experience _(desirable)_
