Your Role: Employee Engagement Transformation Lead
As an Employee Engagement Transformation Lead, you will partner with stakeholders and employees to deliver our employee engagement initiatives. This critical role is key to supporting Scope's culture transformation by enhancing the employee experience.
Key Focus Areas:
- Delivering and embedding Scope's Reward & Recognition Plan across the organisation, involving new initiatives and expanding current programs to strengthen our culture.
- Leading end-to-end program initiatives, including planning, communication, and managing stakeholder engagement, to support organisational transitions and ensure smooth integration of new processes.
- Continuing to identify, build, and deliver strategies to enhance the employee experience across the workforce, adapting to shifts or changes that may occur to support Scope's transformation.
What We Look For
- Experience within a similar role or function/team delivering employee engagement initiatives across a diverse workforce.
- Excellent collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in partnership with all level managers and staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to critically analyse issues and develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted and collaborative relationships through discretion and personal integrity.

About Our Employer

Our salary for this position is estimated to be around $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Please note that successful applicants will require a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check.
