**YOUR ROLE **
To provide efficient, effective, and timely services to the Executive Manager, Legal & Company Secretariat Operations, ensuring that the Group is operating in accordance with the risk and compliance framework and the human resources policies and procedures.
This a permanent opportunity, looking for applicants based in **Sydney**.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the Legal & Company Secretariat Operations Team including diary and mailbox management for the Executive Manager, preparation of correspondence, document formatting and presentations.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for the Executive Manager in accordance with IAG protocols and preferred suppliers.
- Assist the Executive Manager in managing People items such as ensuring leave policies are adhered to and assisting in recruitment as and when needed.
- Maintain and manage the Trans-Tasman and Regional Team Meeting cadence across the Legal & Company Secretariat Division including agenda management.
- Assist the Executive Manager in coordinating Team Meetings and Strategy Sessions, including other events across the Legal & Company Secretariat Division.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget, Legal & Company Secretariat Operations Budget, FTE reporting, Vacant roles report and quarterly forecasts for the team as requested by the Executive Manager, Legal & Company Secretariat Operations
