**About the role**

As Corporate Recruitment enters a new phase of growth, we are seeking a driven Advisor to join our Non-school based teaching team.

You will step into a true advisory role, to support and guide managers with strategies and insight on recruitment matters, while overseeing the recruitment life cycle. You will also:

- Provide expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decision.
- Engage stakeholders to promote timely, transparent, and fair recruitment processes.
