About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic team players to join the Teaching Quality & Impact (TQI) directorate.

These roles are vital in supporting several business units within the directorate in providing talent acquisition solutions and services that enable a high-performance workforce.


Reporting to the Manager, TQI Workforce and provides end to end contemporary focused talent acquisition solutions and services and facilitates the delivery of compliant and efficient recruitment outcomes that enable a high-performance workforce that meets ongoing unit and directorate needs.


This includes managing the prioritisation of timely HR and recruitment advice to hiring managers in a high work volume environment, whilst ensuring recruitment and employment related actions and decisions are compliant with Government legislation and agency policies and guidelines.

You will be highly collaborative, self-motivated and will thrive working as part of a high-performing and driven team in representing the organisation in an honest, ethical and professional way.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with

  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of workforce planning and recruitment advice, preferably in a NSW Government sector
  • Excellent working knowledge of public sector employment conditions and entitlements which affect recruitment
  • Hold a valid clearance to work with Children (Working with Children Check), or willingness to acquire one
