If you're a campaigns and program management professional looking to take the next step in your career, we have the role for you We are currently supporting our client, a well-established and community-focussed NSW Government Department in recruiting for a Senior Advisor in the campaigns and programs space.

This position is based in Parramatta, however hybrid flexibility is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the work of the Branding and Promotions team which is responsible for promoting career opportunities for current and future team members across NSW
  • Communicating the value propositions of the organisation
  • Reporting to the Lead, Programs and Campaigns, this role will support the planning, development and delivery of campaigns and programs
  • Work in collaboration with the broader Branding and Promotions team
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to communicate value propositions
  • Design and deliver innovative and focused recruitment programs and campaigns, and deliver highquality and targeted events to promote the department as the employer of choice

You will need to:

  • Experience in a similar role e.g. marketing, campaigns management, program management is required
  • Experience in the Government sector would be beneficial
  • Expertise in the use of MS Office is essential
  • Must be able to commit to the required duration of the assignment
