The company:
A general insurer has an excellent opportunity available for an administration/customer service officer to join there well-established team with an ASAP start

The Role:

- Managing and facilitating the recovery process for motor insurance claims
- Conduct thorough investigations into motor insurance claims to determine liability and assess the extent of damages.
- Analyze accident reports, witness statements, and other relevant documents to make informed decisions.
- Accurately document all aspects of the claims and recovery process, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal protocols.
- Communicating with key stakeholders as needed.
- Collecting payments.

About you:

- Proficient computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently.
- Driven to achieve results and customer focused
- Previous experience in motor recoveries essential.
