**About Us**:
At Autism Counselling we provide counselling services for children, teens, parents, carers, individuals and couples affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

All of our 7 dedicated and friendly counsellors work to ensure that all our clients are given high quality and compassionate support to help address these challenges. We deliver high quality therapeutic services that are tailored to client's individual needs.

Our newly renovated large office is located in Bayswater and conveniently situated just opposite Bayswater Train Station.

**The Role**:
**Office Administration Manager / Personal Assistant**

**Duties**:

- Personal Assistant to Director
- General Reception Duties : Greeting Clients, Incidental client payments, responding to client queries.
- General housekeeping: Ordering and Restocking of supplies and staples, keeping office tidy and well organised.
- Manage Client Management System - Halaxy
- Liaison with NDIS, plan managers and provide support to the bookkeeper regarding invoices and payments
- Managing client's files and maintaining strict confidentiality
- Basic data entry and other general office duties
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks requested by the Director

Qualifications & Experience:

- Previous experience in reception/administration
- Experience in working for psychology/counselling, medical or allied health services (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills - must be understanding and patient
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Knowledge of NDIS (advantage, but not essential)
- Working knowledge of Halaxy (not essential, willing to train)
- Able to pick up new information quickly
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to pre-empt requirments
- Resourceful and able to problem-solve
- Good computer skills and able to troubleshoot when problems arise
- Conscientious with their work and able to prioritize and follow up on tasks
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
