Working within a dynamic and professional small to medium size team, as Executive Assistant to the CEO you will provide exceptional end to end administrative and executive support, ensuring seamless operations, and play a crucial part achieving strategic objectives across the business.

**Description**

As an Executive Assistant reporting directly to and supporting the CEO, your role is to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support. As EA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day to day operation of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include the below:

- Provide comprehensive and confidential executive support to the CEO
- Assist in managing the CEO's diary, including co-ordinating meetings and liaising with key stakeholders
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders as a point of contact for enquiries for the CEO
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings and general expenses as required
- Assist in the preparation of documentation, including administration, editing and collation of reports and presentations
- Provide secretarial support to the Investment Committee, including agendas, papers, meeting minutes and general correspondence.
- Assist other executives (CFO and other managers) as required across the preparation of documentation, including editing and collation of documents, reports and presentations
- Manage the monthly budget for office supplies, catering and printing
- Assist the CFO/COO by providing day to day supervision of the Receptionist & Office Coordinator
- Act as back up support to the Receptionist & Office Coordinator on the occasion they are understaffed.

**Profile**
- Essential: Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant at C-Suite level
- Exceptional attention to detail, superior organisational skills, and excellent time management abilities.
- Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, and confidence in managing conflicting priorities with composure.
- Proven ability to be proactive, use initiative, and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Adopts a communicative and collaborative approach to working with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related productivity tools.
