**Role Summary**
An opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our office team located in Cremorne, Melbourne providing support and assistance to our IT and Engineering team.
We offer an exciting, permanent part-time opportunity with an innovative business.
The role is 3 days per week between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30pm.
**Job Requirements**
This role works autonomously and requires completion of business support and administration tasks, including:
- Payroll;
- Book-keeping;
- Record-keeping;
- Organise team calendar tasks;
- Data entry;
- Document management and review.
**Our Ideal Person**
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Medium to advanced level word-processing and spreadsheet experience;
- Book - keeping, payroll, record-keeping experience;
- A confident and professional telephone manner;
- Efficient, prioritised and high-level organisation skills;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- Wiliness to learn about our business and processes and to support our team;
- Reliability, punctuality and a great work ethic.
