Land Access Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team as a Land Access Service Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.
About the Role
- This role will provide timely and accurate land access services for internal and external customers, based on client requirements and specifications.
- You will be responsible for maintaining Group mailboxes, ensuring emails are distributed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Additionally, you will follow up with land access officers and stakeholders to ensure tasks are actioned in a timely manner.
- You will allocate work accordingly, maximising resource availability and skillset.
- Maintaining internal trackers, ensuring information is up to date and clear, is also a key responsibility.
- You will record keeping – Ensure LAC documentation and processes keep up with client practices, systems and technology utilisation.
- Attend stakeholder meetings as required and provide input into the weekly and monthly reports on land access progress.
- You will assist land access staff and the wider AMG team in an administrative capacity where required.
About You
- An experienced Administrator with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail is essential for this role.
- You will have experience working in a similar role dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Land Access Management protocols is preferred but not essential.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience.
