**About the role**

Reece Group’s Property team is responsible for sourcing business sites, designing locations and seeking external and internal project and building approvals. They document, tender and project manage all building works and ensure expert facilities and property management for each of our Distribution Centres and 600+ branches throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Senior Construction Project Manager, the role of the Construction Administrator - Property is to provide broad administration support and advice to members of Reece Group’s Property division.

This permanent, full-time role is integral to the Departmental vision to “Provide Best in Class Property Solutions for the Reece Group” and to contribute to the divisions’ strategic priorities.

**Your day to day**
- Providing general administrative support and advice across the team
- Maintaining team admin templates & standards
- Assisting the team with travel requirements, processing purchase orders and invoice payments
- Preparing presentations & reports
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the wider business support functions and the Operations team to provide key communication when required
- Maintaining distribution contact lists
- Supporting the team with coordination and management of the project tracker including setting up new projects, maintaining templates, dashboards & reports.

**About you**
- Experience in a similar role, supporting a large team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Smartsheet would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills
- The ability to approach problems calmly and methodically
- Proven skills in developing effective presentations in a number of formats
- A flair for building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
