Land Access Administration Specialist

About The Role
The Land Access Officer will report to the Access Implementation Manager, providing timely and accurate land access services to internal and external customers. They will ensure that client requirements, specifications, and contract KPI's are met, actively participating in landowner objection resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Group mailbox, ensuring timely email distribution.
- Follow up with land access officers and stakeholders to ensure task completion.
- Allocate work to maximize resource availability and skillset.
- Update internal trackers to ensure clear and up-to-date information.
- Record-keep LAC documentation and processes, aligning with client practices and technology utilisation.
- Attend stakeholder meetings as required, contributing to weekly and monthly reports on land access progress.
- Assist land access staff and the wider AMG team in administrative tasks when needed.
About You
- A seasoned Administrator with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working in a similar role with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Land Access Management protocols is preferred but not essential.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Police check and medical as per contractual requirements, and hold a valid driver's licence.
