Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
- Process invoices through matching, batching, and coding
- Handle billing, receipting, and allocation of invoices
- Conduct end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 70 employees
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Oversee FBT, Workcover, and BAS reconciliations
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Assist in audit preparations
- Engage in ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating proficiency in the outlined responsibilities
