Job Overview: As a Sales Administration Support Specialist at The Australian Pipeliner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, converting leads, and providing administrative support to the Sales Manager.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion and Account Management: Address new business leads, convert to sales, or allocate to relevant parties accordingly.
- Business Development: Grow existing account base while identifying new business opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Manager, including ad hoc reporting.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong internal and external supplier relationships.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service, internal sales, and/or administration.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
