As an organisation, we license, inform, educate, monitor and enforce the gambling industry through a risk-based approach to regulation. **Our opportunity**

The Manager, Major Licensing and Online Wagering will build and oversee teams to deliver an end-to-end regulatory approach for Victorian non-casino gambling Major Licensees, sports controlling bodies and online wagering compliance.

Key accountabilities
- Provide leadership and support to divisional staff and oversee the effective, efficient and timely operational performance of the team;
- Embed and oversee a data informed and intelligence led approach to operations and provide strategic and high-quality data, risk and trend analysis;
- Drive the creation of a modern end-to-end regulatory approach including the development, review and delivery against articulated service models and standards.
