The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) is an independent statutory authority which regulates Victoria's gambling industry. The organisation licenses, informs and educates, monitors and enforces the gambling industry through a risk-based approach to regulation. The opportunity
The Manager, Major Licencing and Online Wagering is a new position in the Gambling Division that will report to the Director Gambling. This position will build and oversee teams to deliver an end-to-end regulatory approach for Victorian non-casino gambling Major Licensees, sports controlling bodies and online wagering compliance.
The successful applicant will also provide professional leadership to the Major Licencing and Online WageringUnit, while overseeing work in licencing and other approvals, monitoring, education, investigating, inspecting and enforcing compliance with Victoria's gambling legislation.

Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership, advice, direction, and support to divisional staff and oversee the effective, efficient and timely operational performance of teams responsible for monitoring, audit and compliance functions related to major licensees, sports controlling bodies and online wagering and keno
- Embed and oversee a data informed and intelligence led approach to operations and provide strategic and high-quality data, risk and trend analysis, quality assurance and specialist advice to inform regulatory activity and effort, service improvement and risk mitigation.
