Our Client:
Our client is Australia's largest transport company, employing over 25,000 people across APAC. Due to an increase in workload, an exciting opportunity has become available to join the Operations team based in the heart of Chullora to support the team with administration tasks.
Your New Role:
Reporting to Operations Manager, you will be responsbile for:
- Uploading, splitting and closing out invoices in system for invoicing
- Ensuring load details are entered into the system
- Payroll for contractors in Kronos
- Preparing monthly reports

About You:
- Previous experience in Administration, Data Entry, Payroll, Accounts Admin, Scheduling or Coordinating.
- Experience in the transport, logistics or haulage industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Kronos is desireable.
